This webinar is part IV in a series of five presentations focusing on fire prevention, including codes and standards, water and alternative based protection systems, and testing frequency of fire systems.
An Alliant sponsored certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend and pass all five webinars.
A ten question quiz will be offered upon exiting each webinar.
Webinar Overview
This course will focus on alternative based fire protection systems including:
- CO₂ Systems
- Foam Systems
- Halon and Halon Alternatives
- Commercial Cooking Suppression Systems
- Dry Chemical Systems
Presenter
Mike Kelly's 30 years of property and casualty risk control experience includes working with large national and international accounts. As a senior risk control consultant, Mike assists Alliant clients with advanced forensics investigations, office and industrial ergonomics training, fire protection and sprinkler evaluations, occupational and environmental heath assessments, loss prevention evaluations, and advanced industrial hygiene testing.
About the Webinar
This is an audio plus web format that enables participants to receive this training without leaving their facility. Audio is streamed live over the internet, thus eliminating the need to call in. Participants are able to send questions to the presenter via instant messaging.
